The order of speaking engagements successively build upon newly acquired knowledge to address DEI purpose/value, biases, and intersectional identities.

One on One Coaching

Private DEI coaching sessions expand your professional leadership skills, knowledge, and confidence. Creating DEI change is hard and it starts within each individual before it can spread to others in your organization. Retreat Facilitation

A gathering of multiple leaders to strategically plan the big picture future DEI goals for their organization. During the retreat leaders engage their collective knowledge sharing, collaborative participation, and organizational analysis to inform a comprehensive vision and culture for future organizational DEI work.
